01 — Support
Get help
Questions, problems and privacy requests all reach the same place, and a person reads them.
Inside the app, Settings → Send feedback is usually faster for bugs — it carries the context needed to reproduce them.
02 — Questions
Common questions
- Which devices does ReInvent run on?
- iPhone first. ReInvent launches on the App Store, and Android follows on Google Play soon after — the Android app is already in internal testing. There is nothing to download yet, and iPad is not supported.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Signing in is required so your data can be restored if you lose or replace your phone. You can sign in with Apple or with an email address and password.
- Does my data leave my phone?
- ReInvent is local-first: everything is written to your device first. When cross-device sync is on, your content is also stored with our backend provider under row-level security, so only your authenticated account can read it. Barcode and nutrition-label scanning runs entirely on your device, and those photos are never uploaded.
- Is there advertising?
- No. No ads, no advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking, and nothing sold to anyone. Product analytics are off by default and carry no device or account identifier.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing is charged yet, because the app is not publicly released. Free stays free. Pro is $69.99 a year or $11.99 a month, billed by the App Store (or Google Play, once Android launches) and renewing until you cancel it there. Founders is $179.99 once, never renews, and is limited to the first 200 people. Anything that runs on your phone — logging, scanning, charts, export — is unlimited on every tier.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, and it is free. Settings → Privacy & Data exports your workouts, food log and weight history as CSV files.
- How do I report a problem?
- Settings → Send feedback inside the app is the fastest route, because it attaches the context needed to reproduce the issue. Email works too.
